Our story began long before our incorporation in 2021.
Our founder, Kate, grew up immersed in the world of property management, learning the business from the ground up alongside her parents, who owned and operated an apartment complex.
She stepped into her first management role in 2002, and from that point forward, she dedicated her career to delivering the kind of expert, attentive property management that protects owner investments and fosters strong, lasting tenant relationships. In 2022, we proudly acquired and rebranded ShellCrossLee Real Estate, a trusted Bay Area real estate institution founded in 1974 and based in Hayward, CA, carrying forward a powerful legacy of client care and community trust.
Today, we bring that same depth of knowledge, diligence, and personal attention to every property owner and tenant we serve across the Bay Area. We leverage modern technology and AI-driven tools to maximize operational efficiency, but we never lose sight of what matters most: knowing our clients by name, communicating proactively, and delivering the kind of hands-on, human-first service that no algorithm can replace.

We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with no penalties.
You don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant.
Our leasing guarantee states that if a tenant does not fulfill at least 9 months of a lease term, we will find you a new tenant for free.
